Diffuse midline glioma (DMG) is a rare and devastating form of brain tumor that predominantly affects children and young adults. These tumors develop within the central nervous system (CNS), including the brain and spinal cord, and are characterized by their malignant and fast-growing nature. Unfortunately, DMGs are highly aggressive and difficult to treat, often spreading
